Responsible Digital & Digital Sobriety

Create useful, reduce the superfluous. Responsible digital is not just a CSR label: it’s a method for design and management. We start from real usage and keep impact as our compass: on people, the environment, and your teams. In practice, digital sobriety is central to decision-making: fewer screens and friction, fewer assets, less unnecessary computation — more clarity, more accessibility, more sustainable web performance. Design × Tech × Consulting work in tandem to avoid siloed trade-offs. From the Design side, we streamline journeys, simplify interfaces, and rationalise through an eco-design-oriented Design System (tokens, components, restrained palettes and typography, optimised media). Accessibility is prioritised from the UX: contrasts, keyboard navigation, alternatives, and plain language. From the Tech side, we set budgets (page size, scripts, images), automate checks (CI, lints, Lighthouse, Ecograder, Core Web Vitals), choose lean architectures (caching, pagination, optimised formats), and build efficient APIs. When AI integration is relevant, we measure its value, latency, and cost: no idle API automation, no “magical” models that degrade experience or inflate bills. From the Consulting side, the approach is anchored in strategic framing and product governance: decision criteria, prioritisation, responsibilities, rituals (impact reviews, performance budgets), and training/awareness sessions to embed best practices (accessible writing, asset choices, rapid testing). We link audits to action plans: quick wins, sustainable initiatives, and measurable trajectories. Outcome: a product that loads fast, costs less (hosting, maintenance), is more inclusive — and teams that know how to maintain this quality over time. Deliverables: eco-design principles, frameworks, checklists, budgets, action plan, and training.
