Clear decisions, at the right pace. Product governance organises decision-making to regularly deliver value. We set a simple framework: roles (RACI), useful rituals (reviews, planning, retros), clear Kanban, transparent trade-offs. We link strategy (objectives, KPIs) to operations (backlog, capacity, dependencies) and document acceptance criteria for each deliverable. Goal: decisions progress without endless meetings, and everyone knows who decides what, when, and how. The system relies on lean tools (yes, JIRA if leveraged) and learning loops: short prototype-tests for insights, accessibility and sustainable web performance reviews, technical debt rituals. Design synchronises UX Design, user research, and Design system for a coherent experience; Tech anchors API automation and CI/CD in the workflow, tracks APIs as contracts, and measures quality (errors, cycle times, Core Web Vitals). Product governance is also cultural: it instils digital sobriety and responsible tech reflexes in decisions. We clarify rights & duties, formalise a Decision Log, define escalation procedures without wasting time. We plan for scale: if AI integration is useful, supervision (security, data, cost) and maintenance are defined.
