Strategic Framing and Vision Definition
Move fast, but in the right direction. Strategic framing transforms intention into a credible plan. We clarify vision, objectives, and indicators (KPI/OKR), then break down the scope to create a sequenced roadmap (30/60/90 days). We lay all cards on the table: expected value, constraints, dependencies, risks. Then we arbitrate. Prioritisation is a team sport: we set simple criteria (impact, effort, risks), make decisions, document them. Result: a readable backlog, achievable milestones, and a trajectory aligning product, Design and Tech. Method-wise, no dogma. We borrow from Design Thinking for exploration and Scrum/Kanban for smooth execution. We define lightweight product governance: clear roles (RACI), useful rituals, tracked decisions (yes, JIRA if leveraged). We include just enough study/analysis to objectivise, without over-theorising. When a point is uncertain, we use prototype-tests for quick insights and risk reduction. Framing builds bridges with the other hubs. With Design, we activate user research to validate hypotheses, prepare UX Design (journeys, wireframes, mockups) and anticipate Design system coherence. On the Tech side, we evaluate feasibility (architecture choices, custom web development), API automation effort (interoperability, webhooks), CI/CD, accessibility, and sustainable web performance (budgets, Lighthouse, Ecograder, Core Web Vitals). Where relevant, we reserve space for AI integration (assistants, document search), framed to avoid debt. Responsible strategy also considers footprint: digital sobriety and responsible tech criteria guide arbitration – essential features, simplicity first, optimised assets and budgets. Deliverables: clarified vision, prioritised backlog, 30/60/90 roadmap, arbitration templates, risk/dependency mapping, governance outline, initial prototyping topics.
